Privacy Policy — SwissBudget+

Last updated: 27 July 2026

SwissBudget+ (“the app”) is a personal budgeting app. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

The short version: everything you enter stays on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any of your data.

What we collect

Nothing. SwissBudget+ has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. The app makes no network requests to any server we control.

All the information you enter — incomes, expenses, savings, goals, assets, plans, tax settings, and app preferences — is stored only in local storage on your device. Financial data is additionally encrypted at rest on the device.

What we share

Nothing. Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing to share with third parties.

The only time data leaves the device is when you explicitly choose to:

Purchases

The optional “Supporter” unlock is a one-time purchase, offered at several price points so you can choose what to pay. Every option unlocks exactly the same cosmetic extras (themes and celebration styles); nothing that helps you budget is behind it.

All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details — Google handles the entire transaction. The app only stores a local flag indicating that the unlock was purchased, and asks Google Play whether your account owns it so it can be restored after a reinstall. See Google’s own privacy policy for how Google processes payments.

Permissions

Children

The app is a general-purpose budgeting tool and is not directed at children.

Data deletion

Because all data is stored locally, you can delete everything at any time from Settings → Data management → Clear all data, or by uninstalling the app.
